Dues

Your annual dues are used to cover the cost of maintaining the common areas throughout the community. This includes, moving, trimming, irrigation and general maintenance. We strive to ensure that the entry areas and other common areas are meticulously maintained.

For 2025, the annual dues are $350, to be paid by January 31. Additional late fees of $10 are imposed on February 1 and March 1. Legal fees incurred in the collection process are passed on to the homeowner.
